HOUSE RULES
Occupancy rules are in place to ensure the Crashpad functions orderly, allowing flight attendants and pilots to rest before and after work. In addition, the Crashpad must be a co-living community where all are treated with respect, consideration, and compassion. The focus is on providing you with a top-notch, comfortable place to rest and relax while you're on Reserve and before/after your trips. Any violation of these rules and standards will be grounds for immediate expulsion from CrashPad and loss of deposit.
GENERAL HOUSE RULES
1. The Crashpad may not be used as your personal or permanent address.
2. Overnight guests are not allowed without Nicholas’ permission. The entire House will be notified if there is a situation, and someone will spend a night. The only people permitted on the premises are paying crashmates. This is for your and others' comfort and security.
3. Common courtesy prevails: Be respectful of others' need for rest.

BEDROOM RULES
1. Do not engage in any activities in the room that could disturb sleepers at any time, and always assume someone is asleep unless you know for certain otherwise. Sleep takes precedence over all other activities in the crash pad, mainly because some people are "day sleepers" due to red-eye schedules.

3. No hot bunking will be allowed! Everyone is provided with their own bed.

11. Do not put on cologne or perfume in the bedroom.
12. If you have any kind of medical condition (including snoring), even if being treated by a physician and requiring an electrically-powered sleep device, we kindly ask that you inform us of this in writing so we are aware of the potential for others to be disturbed. This is to protect your privacy and comfort, and any such notification will remain confidential. Outside of using such prescribed devices, we cannot permit the use of white noise machines, light boxes, computers, stereos, or other "sleep accessories" that might disturb others resting. The use of such devices or any other behavior in the pad, either conscious or involuntary, interferes with the comfort, rest, or security of other crashmates will be addressed and could result in dismissal from the crashpad. This is not an action we take lightly, as we genuinely want to do what's best for all involved, but please be advised that WE CANNOT AND WILL NOT PERMIT ANY NOISE ISSUE OF THIS NATURE TO BECOME A PROBLEM FOR THE MAJORITY. The crashpad does not have a designated "snore room", so if you snore, and your snoring disturbs the rest of others, we will have to ask you to find other accommodations. Please let us know if you anticipate this becoming a factor.
LIVING ROOM RULES
1. Please sleep in your bed. The living room is a common area space for everyone. It is not a bedroom and should not be used for sleeping.

HEALTH AND WELLNESS POLICY
1. We genuinely want the Crashpad to become your home away from home. I believe we all share the common goal of looking out for each other and always doing the right thing — even when it may not be easy, convenient, or popular. With that in mind, it is critical that everyone clearly understands that part of doing the right thing is taking care of your own health and protecting (to the maximum extent possible) the health and well-being of those around you. Unable to fly? Unable to commute? That also means you are unable to crash! If you are experiencing symptoms of illness of any kind, you may not enter or stay in the CrashPad under any circumstances. If you are ill and unable to fly, you must obtain individual accommodations at your own expense until you can return to "flying condition" or return home.
2. If you believe someone in the pad is ill, please advise Nicholas immediately via phone call/text so we can inquire with the individual and take the necessary steps to address the issue. Please do NOT confront the person about it yourself; we will take action to resolve the matter immediately.
3. Failure to comply with this policy will result in the termination of your stay at the CrashPad.
CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL
If you choose to consume alcohol while staying at the crash pad, we ask that you do so responsibly and know your limits. Being intoxicated and disturbing others will result in your immediate dismissal from the crash pad without a refund of the deposit.
STORAGE OF PERSONAL BELONGINGS
There is limited closet/storage space in the bedroom. This closet space or storage racks may be used to hang your uniform and limit other items during your stay. Crashmates are limited to one roller bag and one carry-on size luggage. If the items you have in the room exceed the limit of one roller bag and one carry-on size luggage, you will be asked to take items home or find a storage facility for your belongings.
CONFLICT RESOLUTION
If there is an issue or concern, Nicholas must be notified immediately. To prevent conflicts and a hostile environment, please do not take it upon yourself to address others of their misconduct, and do not post in group chats. All complaints will be addressed with urgency. Your anonymity will be respected if you choose to file a complaint.
Please feel free to reach out to Nicholas with any questions or concerns. Let's all work together to make this CrashPad experience memorable for a lifetime. Make new friends, laugh, and travel the world. Take care of yourself and take care of each other.
Welcome to your home away from home!
